I am a military focused forensic auditor, surveyor and anti-crime focused specialist - Accredited International Certified Security Management Professional (CSMP®) with the International Security Management Institute (M.ISMI). Additionally, I am a Qualified Fire Safety Professional, Fire Risk Assessor & Health & Safety Consultant & Auditor for Complex Facilities.
Holding a sound portfolio with over 45 years operational experience in management, both civilian and military. Holding; Certified Status with the Institute of Workplace & Facilities Management.
Holder of The Queens Royal Warrant; with extensive global military experience and exemplary service record. Additionally, 20 years hands on management experience in the Private and Public-Sectors.
I have unique and natural abilities to find areas of improvement and none-compliance. I am able to survey and analyse and recommend changes and actions where appropriate. I understand logistics and flow of production; so, nothing is left unchallenged. I often recommend and use blunt and low-cost actions achieve deterrence to adversary actions, making huge impact with limited financial output. I also have access to hi tech solutions to defeat crime, including AI driven autonomous robotic security.

Regional Security Manager North UK & Ireland for ENGIE (formerly GDF Suez, formerly Balfour Beatty Workplace), with specific responsibility to manage the security functions; and provide technical advice to the north regional account for healthcare and education covering a vast portfolio of both national infrastructure acute hospitals to educational facilities. National security procedural development and continued advice as a lead knowledge on all things fire safety and audit.
During this period, I also held the role of Operational Mobilisation Manager working to mobilise this large private financial initiative (PFI) (Pinderfields & Pontefract Hospitals). Assisted in the development of the facilities service models; for implementation within the contract, which was one of the largest PFI contracts in the country and flagship project. Ensured constant review and inspection of pre-emptive and proactive maintenance regimes that were in place to meet the highest standards required for a public service healthcare environment.
